The Messiah’s Mercy

JUDE, A servant of Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and brother of James, [writes this letter] to those who are called (chosen), dearly loved by God the Father and separated (set apart) and kept for Jesus Christ: May mercy, [soul] peace, and love be multiplied to you. (Jude 1:1, 2 AMP)

The Messiah was humble on earth, humble and loving and now He is our Intercessor and merciful High Priest. He’s able to sense and understand with us our weaknesses and is the perfect One to help us when we need it. One day when His Father stands and the trumpet blows Jesus will stand and come back to get His chosen ones and he will ride a war horse of white and do battle with evil. Our Messiah is a gentle Man, until evil messes with His children then He rages strong.

We are called by name to be near Him. We are loved and are His dear one, and we are set apart for Jesus. When a couple becomes engaged they set themselves apart for only each other. We are kept for Him, tight and close. It’s mercy.

May mercy, Lord, be in us, with us, influence our living. May that mercy, warm mercy, give us peace deep in our soul. And Savior, multiply mercy, soul peace and Your love for our hearts

In our hearts
In our hearts

but let us be aware, alert and ready to give them to each person we meet.
